No. All vehicles shown in our catalog are past transaction examples. They are not currently in stock. The catalog is provided as a reference to help you understand pricing and specifications. Please submit a quote request for a similar vehicle.
Are all vehicles right-hand drive?
Yes. Gloria Trading specialises exclusively in Right-Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles. All vehicles we export from Japan are RHD. Please confirm that RHD vehicles are legal in your country before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) only. We can accept payment in USD or Japanese Yen. Please send a copy of your T/T payment form by email after remittance.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after we have purchased the vehicle from auction on your behalf. Please ensure you are fully committed before confirming your order with a deposit.
What is the difference between FOB, C&F, and CIF?
FOB: Car cost + port charges + customs clearance + shipping charge (no freight/container fee).
C&F: FOB + Freight.
CIF: FOB + Freight + Insurance.
Can you ship to my country?
We regularly ship to Ghana (Tema), Nigeria (Lagos), and Benin (Cotonou). We can also ship to other countries. Please contact us with your destination port for a freight quote.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination port and vessel availability. Typically, transit from Japan to West African ports takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. We will provide estimated arrival dates after vessel booking.
Is insurance available?
Yes. Marine insurance is available at an extra charge. This insurance covers the vehicle until it reaches your destination port and covers total loss only. Please request insurance at the time of ordering.
How do I know the vehicle condition?
After we purchase the vehicle from auction, we send you photos of the actual vehicle for your confirmation before requesting the balance payment. Japanese auction vehicles are graded for condition.
What if I cannot find the car I want?
If you cannot find the vehicle you are looking for in our reference catalog, please contact us or submit an RFQ. We can source almost any Japanese used car model through our auction network.
