What Are Reference Vehicles?
The vehicles shown in our catalog are past transaction examples. They are not currently in stock. Photos and prices are for reference purposes only, showing what we have previously sourced and exported. Use them to understand pricing and specifications, then submit a quote request for a similar vehicle.

Submit a Quote Request
If you find a vehicle that matches your needs, click "Request Quote" or use our RFQ form. You can also contact us directly via WhatsApp for a faster response.
Pay Deposit (T/T)
To confirm your order, you will need to pay a deposit by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). We accept payment in USD and Japanese Yen.
We Source Your Vehicle
After receiving your order and deposit, we purchase the vehicle from auction on your behalf. Our auction network access ensures competitive pricing and quality.
Photo Confirmation & Balance
After purchase, we send you photos of the actual vehicle for your confirmation. Once you are satisfied, we request the remaining balance payment.
Export & Shipping
After receiving full payment, we arrange export and book the vessel. We will provide shipment details immediately after the booking is confirmed.
Documents Sent
Once your car is on the vessel, we send shipping documents by email and also dispatch originals by EMS or DHL: Bill of Lading, Invoice, and Export Certificate.
Your Car Arrives
Your vehicle arrives at your destination port. We are available to assist with any questions throughout the process.
Important Notes
⚠️ Vehicle Regulations
Each country has different import restrictions. Depending on your country, some car models may not be importable. Please check your country's vehicle registration laws before placing an order. We cannot advise on import procedures in your country.
🏦 Banking Hours
We can confirm your T/T payment only during Japanese banking hours: 9:00am – 3:00pm (JST), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please send a copy of your T/T payment form by email after remittance.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled after we have purchased the vehicle from auction on your behalf. Please ensure you are committed to the purchase before confirming your order.
🚗 Right-Hand Drive Only
All vehicles we export are Right-Hand Drive (RHD). Please confirm that RHD vehicles are legal and suitable for use in your country before placing an order.
