Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) — only accepted method
Currencies accepted: USD and Japanese Yen (JPY)

Payment Process

Pay a deposit by T/T to confirm your order.
After vehicle purchase and photo confirmation, pay the remaining balance.
We ship the car by the first available vessel after receiving full payment.
Please send a copy of your T/T payment form by email after each remittance.

⏰ Banking Hours (Japan)

9:00am – 3:00pm (JST), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. T/T payments can only be confirmed during these hours.

Trade Terms

CIF	FOB + Freight + Insurance

Reference prices in our catalog are shown as FOB prices. If you need a C&F price, please let us know your destination port name.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after we have purchased the vehicle from auction on your behalf. Please ensure you are fully committed before confirming your order.

Vessel Booking

We ship your car by the first available vessel after receiving full payment. Shipment details are provided immediately after vessel booking is confirmed.

Documents are sent by email and also dispatched as originals via EMS or DHL. See the Documents & FAQ page for the full list.

Insurance

Marine insurance is available at an extra charge. Coverage is valid until the car reaches your destination port and covers total loss only. Please request at the time of order.

Destination Ports

We regularly ship to Tema (Ghana), Lagos (Nigeria), and Cotonou (Benin). Other ports are available — please contact us for freight quotes.

Import Restrictions

Each country has different import restrictions. Depending on your country, you may not be able to import certain car models. You are responsible for checking your country's vehicle registration laws before placing an order.

Gloria Trading has no responsibility if your vehicle is rejected at the destination port or if additional fees are incurred in your country due to import regulations.

Governing Law

Our terms of trade and contract shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Japan.
